Rocky Tranquility LLC ("ML11", "we", "us") operates MorphLine 11 at morphline11.io. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the choices you have. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: the email address you use to sign in, and basic account and billing identifiers.
Workspace content and uploaded materials: the business information, answers, files, and links you provide during intake or upload, and the Outputs ML11 generates for you (together, "Your Content").
Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, timing, approximate location derived from IP address, and error and security logs, collected automatically to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Payment data: processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
2. How We Use Information, and Why
- To build and deliver your workspace — to provide the service you requested.
- To authenticate you and send sign-in links and service messages — for account security and operation.
- To operate, secure, monitor, and improve the platform — for reliability and abuse prevention.
- To process payments — for billing.
- To comply with law — where we are legally required.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI Providers and Model Training
To generate your Outputs, ML11 routes Your Content and instructions to third-party AI model providers and to infrastructure providers (cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, payment processing, and content-delivery/edge). ML11 does not use Your Content to train its own models. We make commercially reasonable efforts to select AI providers whose published commercial or API terms restrict the use of customer content to train their models, and to prefer business or enterprise API tiers that carry those restrictions. We cannot control or guarantee the future conduct, policies, retention practices, security, or contractual compliance of third-party providers. Some providers retain inputs for a limited period for abuse monitoring and may, under their own terms, permit limited human review of flagged content; that handling is governed by each provider's terms.
4. Data Ownership and Sovereignty
You own Your Content. You may request export of your workspace data, or deletion of your account and associated content, at any time by contacting us — subject to limited retention required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
5. Sharing and Sub-processors
We share data only with: (a) service providers and sub-processors that help us operate ML11 — AI model providers, cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, payment processing, and edge/content delivery — under confidentiality and security obligations; and (b) authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention
We retain Your Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or de-identify it on a reasonable schedule, except where longer retention is required by law. Some third-party providers apply their own short-term retention (for example, limited-period abuse-monitoring logs) governed by their terms.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and opt out of non-essential email, by contacting us at [email protected].
9. Children
ML11 is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Consent, Changes, and Versioning
This Privacy Policy carries a version number and effective date, shown at the top of this page. We post updates here and adjust the version and effective date; material changes take effect on the new effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
